Finished Writing Northern Vietnam Travelogue

Finally I finished writing my Northern Vietnam Travelogue which included travel in Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa. In the future, I will continue to touch up the travelogue when I have free time. But I guess it will be more or less the same.
